How to top up your Wallet Balance

Your Wallet Balance displays the amount available to be disbursed for approved loans. When the amount in your disbursement wallet is low, funds can not be disbursed for approved loans and the loans will remain in Pending Disbursement status until the disbursement wallet is topped up. To top up your wallet, follow these steps:

1. Top up your account balance on Paystack using this guide

2. Go to the Liquidity Management page in the Merchant Portal

   Open

   

    

3. Click on the Top Up Wallet Balance button

   Open

   

    

4. On the next prompt, click on Accept

    

The page will refresh and your Originate Wallet balance will be updated to the balance on Paystack.
