How to Revert an Approval Workflow

During an approval workflow process, a reviewer can accidentally review and might need to revoke their approval.

This is now possible on Originate by doing the following:

1. Navigate to the application and click on the Revert Review application as can be viewed below

2. Then you should view a pop up that you can enter the reason of reverting your approval as can be seen below

3. Once done, click on the Revert Review button and the approval will be reverted and this will be recorded on the history tab as well as can be viewed below.

In addition to reverting an approval, you can also view the approval workflow template applied on the application and also the step the application is at on the approval flow as can be viewed below.
