How to Edit a Loan Amount

If there is a need for you to modify the amount applied for by an applicant, you can do so with just a few clicks on the Application Details page. Simply follow the following steps for
Important to note
It is best practice to reach an agreement with the customer about the new loan amount prior to modifying the amount
You can modify loan amount for applications in Pending or Under Review status only
The new loan amount can not be more than the previous loan amount
The new loan amount can not be more than the maximum loan amount for the policy
The new loan amount can not be less than the minimum loan amount for the policy
Go to the applications details page of the application you wish to modify
Click on Edit Loan Amount
Enter the new loan amount
Click Save
The new loan amount is saved and the interest and repayment amounts are recalculated
