Using Scorecards on Existing Analysis Results

Analyzing a statement using Scorecards allows you to apply predefined conditions for faster insights into what matters most.

Step 1: Select Successfully Analyzed Bank Statement

  • Select a successful analysis.

Step 2: Execute Scorecard

  • Select the “Execute Scorecard” button at the bottom left of the analysis result page.

  • Select desired Scorecard and click the “Execute” button.

Step 3: View the Scorecard Result

  • Select the “View” button at the bottom left section of the analysis result page.

  • View the results of the Rule-Based Scorecard showing the:

    • Overall Pass or Fail (i.e. showing if the entire scorecard passes or fails based on the expectations of the configurations made e.g. if all or only some rules are expected to pass)

    • Individual Pass or Fail (i.e. showing each variable and the output of pass or fail)

Step 4: View Scorecard Result on the Analysis List Page

  • The Analysis page shows a quick insight into all scorecards that have been used in the analysis of bank statements.

  • Failed Scorecards = Red

  • Passed Scorecards = Green

  • Weighted Scorecard = Yellow (does not pass or fail)
