Every time a customer applies for a loan via your Customer Portal, an Application is created for the customer. Depending on your credit rules, an application may require automatic approval by our Credit Decision Engine or manual approval a member of your team. This guide describes the steps for a member of your team to manually approve an application.
Important to note
Only applications in Pending, Under Review, Abandoned status can be Approved. To learn more about the different statuses, click here
