Every time a customer applies for a loan via your Customer Portal, an Application is created for the customer. Depending on your credit rules, an application may require automatic approval by our Credit Decision Engine or manual approval a member of your team. This article describes the steps for a member of your team to manually approve an application.

Important to note
Only applications in Pending, Under Review, Abandoned status can be Approved. To learn more about the different statuses, click here

The Applications Table

On the Applications Table, you can see a list of all the applications that have been requested by your customers. To see the table, head over to Loans > Applications. Here are a few ways you can interact with the Applications Table:

  1. Filters: You can filter the applications by Application ID, Application Status, Applicant Email, Applicant Name, Requested Date

  2. Applications Table: This table shows a list of all applications that have been submitted by your customers. It displays some information about each application, including:

    1. Status

    2. Application ID

    3. Applicant’s Email

    4. Applicant’s Name

    5. Requested Amount

    6. Repayment Amount

    7. Requested Date

  3. Export CSV: You can export a CSV of your applications at any time. Note that you can only export the contents currently displayed on the table, so if you filter the list of applications to show only pending applications, the CSV will export a list of pending applications only.
