Approve an Application

...

  1. Go Navigate to the application details Tasks page of the application you want to approveto view the applications that are awaiting approval

  2. Click on Approve button on an application to go to the Application Details Page

  3. Click on Approve Loan button

  4. On Enter a comment in the comment box on the next prompt, then click on Approve Loan to approve the application

The application is approved and the status changed to approved

Decline an Application

  1. Go to the application details page of the application you want to decline

  2. Click on Decline Loan button

  3. Select your reason for declining the application by clicking on the checkbox beside each reason (you can select multiple reasons)

  4. Enter a comment in the comment box if you want to

  5. Click on Decline to decline the application
