Every time a customer applies for a loan via your Customer Portal, an Application is created for the customer. Depending on your credit rules, an application may require automatic approval by our Credit Decision Engine or manual approval a member of your team. This article describes the steps for a member of your team to manually approve an application.

The Applications Table

On the Applications Table, you can see a list of all the applications that have been requested by your customers. To see the table, head over to Loans > Applications. Here are a few ways you can interact with the Applications Table:

Filters: You can filter the applications by Application ID, Application Status, Applicant Email, Applicant Name, Requested Date

Applications Table: This table shows a list of all applications that have been submitted by your customers. It displays some information about each application, including:

  1. Status

  2. Application ID

  3. Applicant’s Email

  4. Applicant’s Name

  5. Requested Amount

  6. Repayment Amount

  7. Requested Date

The Loans Page contains information about all the Loans and Applications on your account. To get to this page, just click Loans from the top menu. Here are a few ways you can interact with the Loans Page

  1. Loans Summary: You can viewan all-time overview of the loans on your account. It displays the following information:

    1. Number of Active Loans: This is the number of loans currently active on your account. This number includes only loans that are in Active status.

    2. Sum of Active Loans: This is the total value of all active loans. This number includes only loans that are in Active status.

    3. Total Loans: This is the number of all loans that have been been given out on your account. This number includes all loans regardless of the status.

    4. Sum of Total Loans: This is the total value of all loans that have been given out on your account. This number includes all loans regardless of the status.

  2. Loans/Applications Table: You can viewall the loans and applications on your account on this list. Simply click on Loans to see a list of all loans or click on Applications to see a list of all applications.

  3. Filters: You can filter the loans list or the applications by various filter parameters. Note that you can only filter the list that you are currently viewing, so if you are viewing the loans list the filters will only work on the loans list.

  4. Export CSV: You can export a CSV of your loans or applications at any time. Note that you can only export the contents currently displayed on the table, so if you filter are viewing the applications list of applications and filter to show only pending applications, the CSV will export a list of pending applications only.

Loans Table

The Loans Table brings all of the loans on your account into a searchable list to quickly view their information. The table displays some information about each loan, including:

  1. Status: the current status of the loan

  2. Loan ID: the ID of the loan

  3. Applicant’s Email: the email of the borrower

  4. Applicant’s Name: the name of the borrower

  5. Loan Amount: the amount loaned to the borrower

  6. Repayment Amount: the amount to be repaid by the borrower

  7. Due Date: the date the loan is due by

You can click on any loan in the table to go to the Loan Details Page.

Applications Table

The Applications table brings all of the applications that have been requested by your customers into a searchable list to quickly view their information. The list displays some information about each application, including:

  1. Status: the status of the application

  2. Application ID: the ID of the application

  3. Email: the email of the applicant

  4. Name: the name of the applicant

  5. Requested Amount: the amount requested by the applicant

  6. Repayment Amount: the expected amount to be repaid by the applicant

  7. Requested Date: the date the application was made

You can click on any application in the table to go to the Application Details Page.
